Mentorship Program

Developed for committed young adults ages 18 to 25. This program is designed to provide you with a personal mentor and coach who will guide and support you in your specific area of interest.

Together we will examine your:
• Goals
• Visions
• Core beliefs
• The personal realities that determine your life's direction
• Discover how you can best produce results

Out of our work together, you will be guided in building the structure, support and taking actions that will bring you the results you want.

How it works

Designed specifically for the crowded life of young adults, our Mentorship Program consists of one year of one-on-one mentorship conversations. You will have 2-1 hour sessions a month for a total of 24 sessions.

During this process you and your mentor will identify and distinguish your personal and career values, and create a vision for your future that will excite you and have you express yourself more freely.

Your mentor will guide you to clarity, focus, and velocity in the areas that interest you. You will be supported to perform with greater responsibility, accountability, and commitment resulting in results you never thought you could produce.

The Basic (Relating to the reality of your world)
And The Advance (Inventing your vision & planning it)
24 hours – 12 months program - 2 call a month

Masters – I (Creating & building your mastery)
And Masters – II (Maintaining your mastery & power)
24 hours – 12 months program - 2 call a month

Notes

If participants signed up for both The Basics/Advanced and Mastery I / II at the same time they would get 3 extra hours (2 hour to The Basics/Advanced and 1 hours to the Mastery I / II) with no additional charge.
