Customer Service Policy

We value your business and we stand behind our products and services. It is our policy to provide extraordinary customer service. However, due to certain business realities, we have the following product and program return policies.

Books, Audio/Video Products and Tracking Systems:
We apologize; we are not able to provide refunds on our retail sales of our books, audio/video products and tracking systems. If the product is defective or damaged in shipping, please contact the office for replacement.

Wholesalers, Distributors and Book Stores:
Please refer to your contract for cancellation, return or refund agreements.

Public Seminars:
The cost of the ticket is refundable up to 5 days before the seminar starts.

Annual Life Is Great Event:
Tickets are not refundable, but are transferable up to 48 hours prior to the start of the event.

Coaching, Consulting and Bravehearts Programs:
Please refer to your contract for cancellation agreements.

Gift Certificates:
Certificates are transferable, but not refundable.
