Heidi Moseby, Everyday Hero

Heidi Moseby’s life isn’t the same as it was 8 months ago when she started coaching. Heidi said that life was difficult and challenging. There was not much happiness or harmony. She had a lot of negativity, frustration and anger which led her to feel empty and lonely. I think we can all find ourselves somewhere in there right?

When Heidi started her coaching she had a lot of insights about herself and her life. She realized that she was judgmental, controlling and dominating and her way was always the best way. She wasn’t showing a lot of love or affection to herself or her family. She is now able to catch herself before she acts or judges. She is laughing more and feels more love for her family now more than ever.

Heidi is communicating much more in her marriage and sees things from a different perspective than she used to. She handles situations differently with her husband and her 2 children. She feels like she is a more loving wife, devoted mother and better co-worker. Heidi was promoted to Assistant Manager at Carla’s Hair Salon during the process of her coaching and noticed that her work ethic is different now; she loves where she works and wants to continue to achieve better things for herself.

Heidi continues to journal on a daily basis and keeps her values present in her everyday life; focusing on love, family and fun! She said that life is just easier now that she can let go of the negative chatter and instead focus on the positive. She is a lot happier at home and finds herself planning for her future.

Some of her biggest accomplishments are the communication barriers that she has been able to break down with her husband. She has a calmness when dealing with tough conversations and situations and a calmness in dealing with her children. Heidi sees herself moving up in the salon to be the Manager full time in the future. She strives to lead her children in the right direction and overall continue discovering her great relationship with her husband.

When I asked Heidi if there was anything else that she wanted to add when I was interviewing her, she said “Primeco is the best thing that has ever happened to me”. Well, to that I say, ‘Congratulations Heidi, because you did all the work to make that possible.’ She was willing to take a look at her life and transform it for to the life that she is happy to be living and that is why Heidi Moseby is this month’s Everyday Hero!
